Who can be a part of the PTO?
Any parent that would like to help make the Russellville Elementary and Middle School a better place for our children to grow and learn.
Your level of participation is completely up to you. Parents are not required to attend meetings and can choose when and how they volunteer their time.
What does the PTO do?
The PTO works to raise funds to help pay for various programs, activities and gifts for our students and teachers. Just last year the PTO funded the following.
When?
PTO meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of every month. We will start at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria and keep them as close to 1 hour as we can. Babysitting will be provided.
How?

- Welcome back gifts for teachers & staff
- Student assemblies
- Mimio technology for all classrooms
- Christmas gifts for Elementary and Middle School students
- Supply closet for teachers
- Added equipment to the play ground
- VIP Day
- Raised Money to Buy Books for the School Library
